Carton and Roberts had Kurt on WFAN today....he said that he would have come back if the cardinals had reached out to him. ...Interesting.

When is he talking about? He had a contract for 2010 and he retired.

I heard him say just today that he knew the insane playoff game vs Green Bay was his last home game & he wanted to go out with a bang. He and his wife had decided by mid-season that the 2009 regular season would be his last. Now, maybe he would have come back after one of Palmer’s injuries?? But, I’ve never heard him even mention that.

He said it was a couple years after he retired. He said when the Cardinals were going through some quarterback issues. He said he started throwing again ....just incase they reached out to him.

I would have taken Kurt over Lindley. That was the dumbest thing of all time and head scratching. That dude would have started on my family’s thanksgiving day flag football game.
We would have said nah. You can hike the ball
