Kurt Warner shouldn't see the field again.

He looks lost. Scared. Clueless. Inept. Completely overwhelmed. I give a DAMN HOW MUCH PRESSURE he is under, he can damn well make sure he doesn't play like a pop warner scrub. Feeling heat? Throw it away. Have a man open? Hit him in stride. DO NOT FORCE THE BALL. He just looks like he has no idea what has gone wrong. Maybe he's just too old. Maybe he's still hurt. Whatever the reason, he is clearly not going to lead us to victory today. He'll only dig us in a deeper and deeper hole. Bench him. Let the Leinart era begin.

The only play not on Warner was the Long drop. LONG SUCKS.

i remember right when we signed him i didn't wanna waste all that money on him. i wanted to finally start leinart and used all those millions on warner to put more tools around leinart.

i'm still supporting kurt since he is the starter as of now...hopefully he comes out of the half with some juice

He looks bad but let's be realistic, nobody is open that's why Hightower has so many catches.

They're doubling Fitz, Boldin isn't 100% and Breaston isn't playing. Urban has had a couple of nice plays but we're not getting anything from Long it's like he has nobody to throw to.

He's definitely throwing the ball high though.

How many times has he looked this bad and come back to throw 3 TDs in the second half?

Relax.

okay were only down by a td here, one good qtr by our offfense and we retake the lead take it easy bro. I still feel much confident with Warner than Leinart at this point.

Yeah, relax and just go with it, man, right? How many times? THIS bad? None that I can remember. He's worse than I would be out there, and I haven't seen much to show he even has a glimmer of being better. I can stand back and throw the ball away when nobody's open, for crying out loud. Apparently all Greybeard can do anymore is throw interceptions and take stupid sacks. Yes, I am VERY angry, and I will NOT relax. This is UNACCEPTABLE, and fans shouldn't sit around and accept this crap with stoic meekness.

OK, don't relax. Have another dozen beers.

Or you could calm down and stop convincing yourself that he has never looked this bad before.

And that makes it alright to throw up 2 floaters for picks under pressure. Eat the damn ball!!!

The Coach needs to call plays that play to the strength of these physical receivers. Not one pass to Fitz or Boldin at the line and let them make a play. It was a staple in every game last season and drew the Db up to the line. This down the field BS is death against a fast D like SF. Warner won't be pressured on those throws and can't overthrow. Do this in the 2nd half and it is a different O.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Gloat. Warner looked bad. The rest of the team was just awesome. Too bad one guy blew the entire game.

I was wrong. Let's see if you have ever been wrong about anything....nope, you're infallible. Sorry I crossed you.

Warner looks like a grandpa out there, it was a waste to resign the guy.

The loss isn't all on him but he was part of the problem for sure.

You don't pay a guy what we paid him to turn that effort in, a couple more just like it and he'll be benched.

I don't think he failed to put in an effort. He just played like dog crap.

Except for the 3rd quarter when I started to feel the offense found its rythem, they went back to the first half offense in 4th.

The OL was equally terrible. No protection for Warner.

And to think I was worried about our defense not or offense. This might be a long season. A win on the road next might help my feelings, but right now the curse is on.

Maybe the offense thought it was still preseason. I saw this coming and nobody thought the Niners could beat us. I wouldn't be suprised to hear of a fight or some words flying in the locker room.

Without the two picks alone we don't lose that game.

He didn't have to throw them he just did.

His effort who knows, his results well I equate the two mostly in the QB position but whatever you want to call it, it stank.

That was the Coach Green Warner, not the guy who took us to the Super Bowl. Not to be Mr. Obvious, but turnovers and penalties will kill a team.

Kurt obviously didn't play well but lets not condemn the guy when he's playing with essentially only 1 starting WR. Boldin was clearly not 100% he was in and out of the game a lot.

Tough game thought Kurt held the ball too long on a bunch of plays that led to sacks or hits on Kurt, the timing just wasn't there.

Does it really matter if it's the 1st or 5th receiver when the QB is missing badly on most the throws? I guess all the receivers(except hightower) must still be running all the wrong routes.

He had a couple good throws all game, the TD was good, the long pass to Urban was good and one pretty pass to TH.

He had a lot more ducks than winners, Warner is going to throw interceptions, he has to throw a lot of TD's to make up for it, he didn't, so we're going to lose until that's not the case and he so far has given me no indication good Warner is going to take the field soon.
