If the Suns can keep this up, I can't see anyone stopping them this year. This has been great to watch.

MESA! :thud:
This has just been so much fun to watch. It really is a clinic. I ALMOST feel sorry for the Lakers. Almost.

Okay, you got me. Not even close. Not one bit. Tee Hee!! :D

Unbelievable half by the Suns. Completely outhustled the Lakers and imposed their will. They haven't played this well in months despite the opponent.

Another thing, anyone still blame Kobe for not passing?

I believe that's D-Dogg who claims Kwame Brown is a legit defensive player and a difference maker. He may be able to body up big lumbering centers due to his size, but anyone with his poor footwork and inability to rebound cannot be considered even a mediocre defender. And that's without bringing up the fact that he's about as easy to take out of a game mentally as a five year old. The guy blows and that's being easy on him.

Great game for the Suns, we haven't seen this kind of effort in a long time and they sustained their level of play for pretty much the entire 1st half (despite subs coming in). Everyone is playing great right now and it doesn't really matter if JR hits his shots right now because he's blocked 2 shots and grabbed some rebs and played great defense.

Amare's game goes to another level in the playoffs, I didn't want to say I told you so but I did. ;)

Damn that was a beautiful 1st half! As I watched it I couldn't help but think of the column Simmons wrote a few months back, where he talked about watching the old Celtics turn it on during a game and basically turn the game into a layup line, and the crowd would just stand and clap and cheer for 5 minutes because they had no other way of showing the appreciation they felt. How the hell do you watch another team and enjoy the game after watching something like this?
