Had Defense stoped them a win next week would guarantee the #2 seed; instead we need to win and MIN and PHI have to lose.

Hopefully both MIN and PHI are early games so Cards see if they have the #2 to play for...

Yeah... and had they shown up against the 49ers either time, or the colts, or the panthers... Too late to look back, all we can do is hope the Cards get their part done and that everything falls in place.

I'm starting to disgust myself with my own optimism.

I was afraid that loss would cost us the bye in the immediate aftermath...but it is what it is

This is the thing. Everybody loses games. To look back at this point in the season and cry is a waste of time. The Cards have had a great season and it isn't over yet. Getting that bye isn't necessarily the ticket. 3 out of 4 lost last year.

Yeah, *don'tholddon'tholddon'thold!* definitely cost us.

I DO remember that Stout-----I guess he must have scolded him long enough that he let go and quit holding-----since none was ever called.

Isn't it somewhat amazing that as good as things are for the Cardinals right now they still haven't really put it all together.

The first part of the year Warner, Boldin and Breaston were pretty dinged and the running game wasn't nearly where it is now. Not sure what can be done about the enigma known as the 49ers but 10-6/11-5 for a still learning team would seem to indicate a good year next year too.
