Again? What a malcontent!
Cards despise diva's like Briggs. Even if we could get him for a 7th round pick, the cards still wouldn't do it.
I don't ever remember Rhodes and Porter whining every year about wanting to be traded, or wanting a new contract, but then again, I didn't pay attention to those players too much before they were Cards.Yet they signed Porter last year and traded for Hollywood Rhodes.
Cards have no problem with so called 'Divas" they just got to be the perceived right fit.
As for Briggs, he is not a 3-4 OLB, he would be a WILB, and that's where Washington is.

Hypothetically, could move Washington to WOLB, and Briggs to WILB. Briggs is a tackling machine, and would certainly be an upgrade to our LB corp.
I dont think Washington could play on the outside in a 3-4 if his life depended on it lol. He'd be better off at safety (which should not be a possibility either).I don't ever remember Rhodes and Porter whining every year about wanting to be traded, or wanting a new contract, but then again, I didn't pay attention to those players too much before they were Cards.
