Didn't Livingston cripple Gugliota?

Manning blew out his knee (the last time) in a practice.

You might be right??

Gah the string of season ending injuries are running together. Time for stick man to come out.

it was Tom Gugliotta. Danny Manning blew his own knees out on multiple occasions. I sure did like him though.

How could you hate Horney?
'Agree. He was a classic overachiever. Everybody loved the guy who looked like your paperboy.

I was sitting courtside, near our basket, the night Horney tried to stuff the ball (the only time in a game), and failed miserably.

We got an offensive rebound while Horney hung his head and walked to the sideline. They threw it to him in the corner, and he calmy hit the 3-pointer.

The place went wild. 12,000 fans in a standing ovation. I had tears in my eyes. I'll never forget that moment.

Whoever said Hornacek should just flat out be banned from being a Suns fan. What short memories people have. Or ignorance. Or, both.

My pick is Robert Horry. The Suns sold their souls to the Devil when they acquired Cassell, Horry, and Elie.

I was there. Wasn't that the game in which they beat Sacramento by 56?

Majerle was a rookie. We had just traded for KJ and co.

Good times.

Dang, I shouldn't have read this thread - I'd successfully managed to forget all about Bedford and Mustaf. Actually, I don't think should qualify because it's an abuse of the language to call them players.

I don't know why Livingston is so widely blamed for Googs' injury. If I recall correctly he was knocked down by Ostertag and fell into Tom's leg. You'd think 'Tag would at least get an assist...

I think Livingston was bumped, but I think he fell down trying to get the foul. Or at least that's how I remember it.

You must not have been paying attention to society in the last 20 years. There are no accidents. There is someone to blame for everything. :)

Seriously though... I think the reason people playing Livingston for that injury is that he was off balance and quite out of control when it happened.
