I'll laugh if he busts - he will be a rich man and whichever company gets him will be mad.

75 million - can any of us even fathom what that amount of money REALLY means? Man, for all the hype this kid's getting, he better be better than GOD!

nike seems like the first choice in my opinion, becuase of whole jordan thing, but i think reebok seems to be appealing to the younger crowd.

the adidas seems interesting. the shoes better not have a crown on them:)

I read in another article that kevin garnett witll be moving to adidas. It really doesn't matter which sneaker company takes him. It would be cool if he signed with and1 and he revieved a percentage of their earnings. They make pretty good sneakers but they don't have enough money to pay him like reebok nike and adidas. All of those sneaker companies are pretty good though. I kind of favor nike though but i don't like all of their sneakers.

I think it'd be really interesting if, instead of east vs. west, the all-star game was a mini tournament between show companies and their stars.

Wow I didn't know KG was leaving and1. My shoes that I play indoors with are and1's and I absolutely love them. Best shoes I've ever owned.

Colangelo is actually a master of using other people's money (nothing wrong with that).

Cuban is a much better example. The guy is rolling in dough, directly because of his good business sense and hard work. The Mavs are just one of his toys, like his houses, jets, cars, etc.

Well I doubt it will be Nike now because Carmello Anthony just signed with them. I guess that doesn't mean too much, but I thought that signing Carmello might be a sign they were out of the running for Lebron.

Have to see how much his shoe deal helped the company first... Still he has so much money now what if he just feels like not playing anymore? Even if it's devided over so many years he's so rich it's crazy!

Call me crazy, but I think he will sign with Nike and be the front runner for ROY.
