So, the rumor that Plant denied a couple of months ago turns out to be true!

I'm sure they'll release a DVD of this. It'll be very interesting to see how good they are.

I just signed up for the ticket lottery. I don't know what I'll do if I win. I might sell the tickets, I might go.

Hey guys - fyi!!!

There's a Led Zeppelin Tribute band from Los Angeles playing at The Marquee Theater this coming Friday night (Dec. 14th). They are very good! Opening up for them are a couple other phenomenal Tribute bands (Rush and Creed)

I bought a few extra tickets for friends, but some of them can't make it. There only $15. Anybody need some? I can deliver in the East Valley. Let me know. Peace. :)

Those guys are GREAT! You gotta see them. We've been fortunate enough to play a few shows with them. The guitarist is brilliant - he plays in a Queen tribute as well.
Yeah I'm kinda stoked to see them perform. I've never seen them before. We opened up for The Atomic Punks (VH Tribute) last month and we were asked back to open up for these guys as well (hence why I have a bunch of tickets to sell - lol). Should be a lot of fun! So Rivercard, are you in a Tribute band as well? Do we know each other?. lol :) Peace!

Cool. I hope they don't wait too long to release the DVD. I'm not one to generally buy those things, but I'd make an exception here.

Hell, I'd buy 3 if they could put it out before xmas.

Hopefully, they'll put together a tour. If they kept it reasonable, say a show a week, they should be able to continue to kick butt.

I never thought there would be the remotest chance I could see Led Zeppelin. Bonham crapped out the year before I started going to concerts.

Considering how notoriously protective Led Zep is of releasing material, a quick release of a DVD isn't likely. I know Robert Plant said that there were no plans to make a DVD, but the show was professionally filmed. Given the near universal praise the concert received, a DVD release is probably inevitable, just not for a while.

On a similar note, Warner pulled all of the concert footage off of YouTube. From what I was able to listen to, they sounded great. If anybody knows where there is still footage available (video or audio), let me know.

Quality isn't great, but its better than nothing. We'll see how long before these disappear off of youtube.

Thanks CHF! They sound, and look, terrific. It'd be a damn shame if they don't tour!

Now we just need a Pink Floyd world tour and all would be right in the world.
