With what we have done so far, it seems like the priority was bringing most everyone back but letting some see what their market was via the tampering period.

Peterson and Reddick come immediately to mind. And I feel it applies to Beachum and Golden as well. Nothing blew them out of the water and so they just-re-signed here where they seem comfortable.
