Jun. 27—WINNER — Joey Cole's RBI single in the bottom of the seventh gave Winner/Colome a walk-off win over Mount Vernon/Plankinton/Corsica-Stickney Saturday in Legion baseball play. The Royals scored six unanswered runs after the Ducks jumped out to a 5-0 lead through three innings. Cole finished 2-for-4 with two RBIs, while Aaron Gilchrist also knocked in two runs.
