I was really surprised to see Golic support Matt, after listening to him and Greenberg bash him constantly during last years MNF game vs the 9ers.

I think they're saying it's bad if there isn't any explanation other than a small info byte or any responsable party putting it out there. We're just left to fill in the blanks.

I think everything (injuries and off-field issues) has opened Matt's eyes and made him focused on proving everyone wrong. Anyone else notice that he looks bigger? He definately has been in the weight room.

He looks the same to me.. Maybe a little "cheekier" but thats about it though.

I really hope he's been working hard and the little skanks just caught him at one of his "rare" off-days.

I definitely hope you're right. In his third year, Matt should be ready to start showing signs of becoming the franchise QB. If he doesn't the Cards may have to start all over again.
