w00t! I will win the starter bet I made, so long as Schaub stays healthy. :)

Way to fight for that starting job Matty.

Smel is very upset that Leinart still cant earn a starting job even though he is the best QB in the NFL.

With who?

What team out there would give him a realistic chance?

Wow Matt had so much confidence in his ability in this league. What a *****. So glad we let him go.

Not the Texans. He himself said his phone was going crazy.

Perhaps his phone was ringing, but not specifically to start/earn starting spot.

Feels like piling on to me, though it's understandable. But Seattle traded for Whitehurst last year and signed TJ this offseason. Doesn't seem like ML has a clear path to the starting job there. If he likes Kubiak and likes Houston, staying put sounds like a good option.

Oh wait first Matt Shaub has to get hurt first and then probably their second string QB as well and then...

And we used the 10th pick in the first round on this guy. Good Lord we're stupid.

but if Matt was that talented, wouldn't you think his college coach would want him over TJ? Or that ANY team who is desperate for a QB would have liked to take a shot with him, even as a stop-gap for teams who just drafted QBs who obviously won't be ready to play this season?

At least the Cards were smart enough to admit their mistake and cut the guy.

The Niners keep bringing their 1st round QB bust back year after year.
