he's supposed to be Michael Pitt level bad... and for those of you who don't know that name, it's Jimmy from Boardwalk Empire who was the co-lead and a big up and coming young star who was such a nightmare on the show that they killed him at the end of S2 and he's faded wayyyyyy back in the periphery because of legendarily bad attitude.

Yeah that was sad too because his character was one of my favorites on Boardwalk.

The above doesn't happen because one of the actors is a prima donna who wanted the guy who plays Riggs gone.

Yeah, correct me if I'm wrong, Cheese, but for something like this to come out about a lead actor on a hit show, it has to be nuclear level bad, right?

they will probably lose me over this. It took me a while to see someone other than Gibson as Martin Riggs,... but now that crawford has settled on me I dont think I would bother even trying to get someone else to register as Riggs for me.

what are they gonna do?? Have him get severely beaten by bad guys,...so badly that they need to do complete reconstructive surgery on his face?

or are they going to kill off Riggs and get murtaugh a whole new partner?


I love the show but its probably best if they just cancel it if they cant find a way to get along.

This is pretty much how I feel. It took me a while to get used to them but after I did I loved the show. I also like Crawford in his role.

I didn't mind Crawford, but he had zero chemistry with Jordana Brewster, who eventually was supposed to be his love interest. She was pretty much a wasted character, when she should have been more like Dr. Melfi on the Sopranos.

Yeah. I’ve worked with difficult talent, but nothing like above has EVER happened on one of my shows. He’s got to be just a total nightmare.

That’s a TON of people who lose their jobs if they just cancel. They should at least try to recast to see if it works just for their sake. Most people never think of the collateral damage done to the crew, writing and post staff... that’s prob around 100 people.

It’ll be interesting to see what happens.

Except the studios don't care--they cancel shows all the time. Are the ratings strong enough on this show for it to be kept around?

that's the shame of it. I think the ratings were just good enough for another season, but with this much uncertainty, it could really weigh the scales against a 3rd season pick-up.

Probably also has to do with how strong their drama pilots came in. If they're really happy with going with the new stuff, it hurts Weapon's chances even more.

I actually like Scott a lot, but for this? Just bizarre. Might actually make me watch an episode just to see how weird I.T is.

I was fine with how it ended...riggs killed by his brother in the cemetary...done.

but now they want to bring in stifler as yet another brother he knew nothing about??... forking brilliant...those guys sure are solid thinkers over there.


I might still watch if stiflers mom shows up once in a while

Me thinks Damon had something to do with his firing. Other co-stars and staffers are coming to Crawford's defense. Saying nothing but positive things. Look for this to be cancelled if it does make it to season 3.

Why is this surprising? Even Harvey Weinstein treated some people with respect and professionalism. You don't have to treat everybody 100% the same way in order for there to be a problem. Even Crawford sort of indirectly admits there was a problem, chalks it up to being "passionate" about his work. He also agreed to anger counseling after the studio found there was legitimate concern.

If I am Damon and this is my career? You bet I would have something to do with it too.
