I hope he gets 4 years, if I got drunk and went and drove around and killed someone I wouldve been sittin in jail, for life with a manslaughter charge. They really need to fix the celebrity justice, it is a joke.

There is no valid excuse to drink and drive. Not one. But - to drink and drive and kill a woman...and then drink and drive again?!

Little is a piece of crap. Period. :hammer:

First - Little wasn't punished the first time around. Just a slap on the wrist for killing someone.

Second - he should never be allowed to drive again...EVER. That ability should have been taken away when he drove drunk and killed someone.

Loser.

You're letting him off too easy. He should have gotten life in prison for killing that women instead he gets like probation and the goes out and does it again. Now he's only getting four years, I think he should get life in prison, wouldn't that spook athletes, seeing a fellow jock go to prison for the rest of his life.

If the accident is the fault of the victim and you are legally drunk, you only recieve a DUI- you dont get charged with manslaughter or negligent homicide if some ******** jay walks in front of you and you happen to blow a .10 at the same time.

Nonetheless, Little is a complete idiot. To let lightening strike twice with no regard for his second chance on life is arrogant to say the least. The first accident was probably determined to be a case similar to what I mentioned above.

BTW, more often than not, both parties tend to be intoxicated.

That is BS. Show me ANY statistic from ANY source that backs up that claim.

I dont need statistics when I have personal experience. Most accidents of this nature happen when people are in bed sleeping, most of the people out at night are either cops, firefighters or drunks. Not all, but most. Feel free to do a ride along with me some saturday night and I will show you.

Was that the case in Little's accident? I was under the impression he went through a red light and hit the poor woman.

I don't think she was Jay-walking when Little hit her, I think she was innocently driving down the road.

I will look up the facts of the case.

From the above article:

"Little's the one who celebrated his 24th birthday at a St. Louis bar in October of 1998. He's the one who got behind the wheel of his Lincoln Navigator legally drunk. He's the one who ran a red light at a downtown intersection. He's the one who plowed into a much smaller car. He's the one who ended the life of Susan Gutweiler."

When we were chanting "Muuur-der-errrrrr" in the SEZ last season, my wife hit me as she said I was being out of line. I said, "Babe, this dude got drunk, killed a woman behind the wheel and got off with a slap on the wrist, and then proceeded to go get another DUI."

Her reply was "Well, by all means, keep chanting."

Little is scum. Apparantly when you are that rich you can't afford a designated driver, even after you've already killed someone.

-----------
I know many people drink and drive, and I've done it in the past as well . Incredibly stupid and criminal of me, yes, but I'm not pretending to never have been in that position. Older and wiser, I now place a high respect on designated drivers. However, Little's complete disregard for taking another's life and continuing to DUI his way around town is appalling. It changes "poor dumb bastard who killed a woman" into "monster."
