I have a Logitech Harmony 670 remote, I've had for about a year.
Last week it stopped working and gave me an error message.
I called tech support and thay said they would get back to me in a few days. Within an hour they contacted me and said they were sending me a new remote to replace the old one and to just throw the old one away.
I received the new one today.
Great trouble free customer service. I have to give them a shout out. I appreciate it in this day and age.
