Logitech customer service

I have a Logitech Harmony 670 remote, I've had for about a year.
Last week it stopped working and gave me an error message.
I called tech support and thay said they would get back to me in a few days. Within an hour they contacted me and said they were sending me a new remote to replace the old one and to just throw the old one away.
I received the new one today.
Great trouble free customer service. I have to give them a shout out. I appreciate it in this day and age.

Yep, Logictech's service with the Harmony's are incredible. I have had a few setup issues with the 360 remote that I have and they were able to help me out. If they would only make a bluetooth remote that would work with the PS3, I'd be in heaven. I need to buy the Nyko remote and just use that.

Good news. My wireless headphones aren't working anymore and Amazon said to call Logitech, so hopefully I will have a good experience, too.

Logitech and Motorola Direct have been the two best customer service for tech items I have ever had the pleasure to have to deal with... Both are top notch and stand behind the stuff they sell...

They're getting their money's worth because you just bragged about the service online. I have been debating the purchase of one, but with how brutal my boys are with remotes I may wait until they understand why daddy beats them

If they break it in half, they will send you a new one. I wouldn't let that stop you.
