Schedule doesn't look that bad
Home:
SF, SEA, STL, New Orleans, Tampa, Denver, Oakland, most likely Philly

Away:
SF, SEA, STL, Atlanta, Carolina, KC, San Diego, Minnesota

National Game prediction 4

New Orleans (SNF)
SF (MNF)
@Atl (MNF)
Denver (SNF)

This could very easily be at least a 10 win season for the Cards as long as they don't lost too many core players

AFC West and NFC South? That's manageable. However, if Kurt Warner retires, all bets are off and we may be in the running for Jake Locker.

I think what he's saying is that if Kurt retires this offseason then we're reverting back to a 4 win team next year.
Yup. We're not going to win many games next year with 17 points unless our defense turns it around big time.

forget ASFN bucks. I'll bet real money that the Cards aren't drafting in the top 10 if Warner retires.

Give Tennessee some credit, since getting embarrassed by New England they've been on a hot streak. They've allowed 13, 27, 17, 17, 17, 27(colts), 7, 24. They rank 2nd in rush yards allowed, 10th in total yards and 13th in points allowed.

I can't even begin to start to think about the 2010 season.

Anyone who thinks Matt isn't going to get a season to try and run this team before we panic and go for another QB in the draft needs to share whatever drugs they are on.

That's not something I want to bet on. As it stands, Leinart has shown to be a drive killer and hasn't matured into a leader.

I know, if Kurt retires this offseason 2010 is going to be Leinart's season.

Having passes picked and returned 100 yards for Touchdown's tends to kill drives as well.

But the real drive killer on the Cards is their inability to run for a first down on third and short. Not Warner or Leinart.

As for leaders I don't think that the team has any. Otherwise they wouldn't continually tank it once they get a big lead or start to get some positive press. Loads of talent yes but leaders, I don't know.

This is a tough road schedule

All except SEA, STL, and KC are tough games.

Right. Like leading our offense on an 80 yard drive that gave us the lead in the 4th qtr with very few snaps in practice shows no leadership whatsoever.

My goodness people our defense lost us that game. I just don't get the hate.
