Ok, before I say this I know it is crazy talk, but what about Mark Sanchez. Pair him with Bruce and he could have the success he is having in Philly.

Massie is having a good to great year IMO. OG's are mediocre at best. Sendlein could be upgraded but not a glaring need.

Rush Backers, one OLB and one ILB.

RB. I like Juke but he hasn't shown he can be the "man" at this point.

Another ILB to keep Minter on the bench.

CB because Cro will be moving on and Powers is best as the nickel/slot CB. Bethel has received a ton of praise from BA and Foote but he isn't getting the playing time so I'm not sold that he can replace Cro at this point.

Eagles won't let him go. He is doing well for them and they won't let him go for cheap or at all.

I hope Carson gets more playing time. He seemed aggressive the snaps he was in yesterday.

He is on a one year deal and will want to not only be the starter, but get paid. Nick Foles is still under contact next year and a lot cheaper and three years younger. Sanchez is starting somewhere else next year, book it. :)

:mulli: Funny how I posted a decent thread a week ago about the upcoming draft and off season needs and nearly everyone screamed "not interested we are in middle of this year still."

Funny what one loss does to all of your psyches. You all went from 'we're headed to the Super Bowl' to 'the season is over' in one week. I saw this coming two weeks ago. I will have to learn to wait for reality to set in completely.

You and the tin man should start your own Forum. :D Between your amazing polls and vast knowledge of football, and his never say die hardcore all heart approach to life, I see it being a smashing success. :D The bolded part of your post truly represents how you feel about this group.

I've said before and I'll say it again, what if Palmer decides to hang it up or his body just won't recover from this... Then what?? Stanton has burst my bubble by getting worse, LT is nowhere near ready and can't see Lindley being around at all next year. We are going to be in need of a QB, IMO. Would love to see Mariota, but would need have to give up a bunch for him because Raiders, Jags, Tenn, etc won't need him and would be willing to negotiate for the 1st-3rd pick. This is just me thinking out loud.

Seriously guy? Regardless of how valid your point might be, you still sound like a tool saying it. It is posts like this that cause folks to not take you seriously.

Given the kind of arm Bruce Arians likes the choices for QB's are extremely limited.

He likes QB's who can throw deep well, that gives us an incredibly shallow pool of talent to chose from especially when you factor out the guys like Drew Stanton who can throw deep but can't through accurately over the middle.

So we can't just go get someone who is a good QB we have to also tailor it to what BA wants and that is going to be a big problem.

Arians has worked with Peyton, Ben, and Luck. All we need is someone like that. :D.

For a 9-3 team, we have some glaring needs.

RB
QBOTF
Pass rush
Guard
Probably CB

When you are feeling down about our team, just remember this:

Right now, in some alternate universe, Josh McCown is leading the Cards once again to the Super Bowl in an effort to win his 4th Super Bowl Ring and the Cards 4th NFL Championship.

That's a far branch on the quantum tree. If only I'd turned left that day instead of right.....

Bally’s Sports needs to go away
Linebacker
Linebacker
Quarterback of the Future (Carson off injury + deal makes it possible to cut him after a year - we have 3 years to find one at most)
Running back (later rounds)
Tight End
Guard

Corner if we lose Cromartie.

Todd Gurley is exactly the type of RB we need. He's a faster Lynch.

Hopefully falls to the 2nd...

Tight End can be fixed with a FA acquisition as there is a nice selection of good TEs on that list. I also suspect they go FA on the RB situation too. Don't expect either of these to be draft choices. They may also feel they have TE settled with Niklas (sp).
