Kobe vs. Lebron a lot of people would tune into to see this. The Lakers play great team basketball. Hope it happens even though Game 7 in Boston doesn't look promising.

Trouble I would have would be that the rest of the Cavs are just highly average.

Boston v. Lakers would be more entertaining because the Celts seem deeper to me.

Boston will beat Cleveland in game 7, just like they did against Atlanta. Losing Gibson really hurts for the Cavs.

i dont that the laker will get past the hornets/spurs. and out of the east i think that pistons are going to win it. hornets will end up being the nba champs with cp as the finals mvp (he should have gotten the reg. season mvp).

I don't care who is in the finals as long as it's not Boston vs. LA. It can be LA vs Detroit, Boston vs NO, anything but Boston vs LA.

I am pretty much hoping for a Pistons vs Spurs Final at this point.

Cavs can't beat the Celtics or the Pistons.

I seem to remember a certain team from cleveland beating the highly-praised pistons in 6 last year after losing both games 1-2. Don't count them out. LBJ has gotten it going in the past 2 games and he's sure to be ready to go in game 7. i think if anyone is going to take advantage of the C's inability to win on the road it's going to be a team with a superstar who can take over a game and win on the road. The cavaliers fit that standard, and for that reason i think they will win game 7

The pistons(25-16) are a much better road team than the cavs(18-23). though this year EVERYONE is terrible on the road in the playoffs for some reason. I disagree that a superstar wins series. The champion spurs superstar wasnt even MVP of the finals last year, Tp was. This is because no one guy can beat a well coached competitive team, it takes alot of support. The pistons have that support and depth, they are playing the best in the east so far. I dont take too much stock in last year as the pistons burned out in the regular season, were spent for the playoffs, and Rasheed was injured(ankle?). They look quite different this year and are deeper. Maxiell has improved greatly and stuckey now gives the pistons a real backup point guard with serious athleticism to guard fast PG's. They also have Ratliff for short defensive substitutions when Wallace sits. The pistons look very tough and deep and they know how to play team defense as the core has been battle tested for years.

Lebron has shot under 40% from the field aside from game 5.

Cavs have won 5 out of the last 6 games against the Lakers including both games this season.

Don't get me wrong, I'm really hoping you're right. I would love to see the Cavs knock off the Celtics and Pistons, that would be great.

I still don't know who's going to come from the West. There are still 3 very good teams left in the race. I think the West will be either Lakers or Hornets (Spurs lose game 7) vs the Celtics. Either way, I'll be rooting for the Western Conference.

I'm not prepared to bet on anything at this point. Friday's game in Utah gave me a lot of reasons to wonder just how good the Lakers really are. The Jazz almost caught the Lakers in a game where some bad decisions by the Jazz are the only reason they did not send ANOTHER series to a seventh game.

I honestly don't understand why so many teams cannot win playoff teams on the road, but I'm not willing to assume anybody is a "great" team if they can't win on the road.

The Lakers did their best to try to squander a big lead in that game.
