Bell didn't reach a deal with Pitt. I don't think he's signed the franchise tender, even.

Barkley's deal was sloted. All rookie contracts are fully guaranteed in the first four years. If DJ would sign Barkley's deal I'd do it right now.

It seems at Disner is a big part of the contract stuff so it might still get done while Keim is AFK....especially considering, its not impossible for Disner and Keim to discuss things off the books.
