Lord, I want this game so bad.

I’ve been real humble this week, respectful of our opponent despite the fact that I hate this team more than any in all of professional sports, but today, just trying to get a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee, the palpable disdain I felt towards me when I was in the store wearing my Cardinals hoodie and hat was too much. These clowns to a man, are so dismissive to any other team than their own, it borders on a mental deficiency. There’s some respect given on talk radio from the hosts, but overall the fanbase thinks that we’re just not built to come into the Linc and handle bizness.

I haven’t forgotten the Thanksgiving beatdown they gave us, and I guess they haven’t either, but I would caution them that this team is miles better than that team, and we as well have a ton to play for. I’m going to a sportsbar to watch the game with a bunch of eagle losers and can’t wait to walk in that door. Once the game was flexed to tonight, my wife respectfully asked if I would not go, as she knows how I get, and she doesn’t trust my eagles fan cousin to ensure nothing would have gone down. This will be the next best thing, as I plan on walking out of there fist pumping the whole way after we snatch this win. Wearing my Cards coat to work tomorrow will be an early Christmas present, I promise you that. No point other than that gang. I just had to vent.
