This was an EGO based game instead of using your brain game. Playing Lindley all game...made no sense....Passing constantly down the field made no sense...Passing on 3rd and 1 made no sense....playing our starters where we have problem with injuries already after being down 28-6 made no sense.....this has stupid written all over it

He had a Whisenhunt Attack - he started to believe his own BS about competing with Lindley.

I don't care that the guy "knows the system". He's terrible. Completely terrible. Hell, you or I could "learn the system" with a month of studying the playbook. That doesn't make us QBs.

the worst "ego" playcall i saw was bringing in logan to throw a wounded duck pass across his body that ended up 10 yards short of smokey, another one was a lindley pass attempt on third and one near midfield instead of calling a run

even collinsworth was like wtf? i don't get that, and neither did i

He seems to insist that he doesn't have to change the playbook or approach to the game because of injuries. Well, I'm sorry, but this is a terrible 3rd string QB. You can't just say "Do what Carson would do." If he could do that, he wouldn't be a third stringer.

yea nice qb package for Logan....lol.....and then they tried to compare it to Elway!!!!! That might have been the funniest thing of the night. Logan moved 2 steps over and stood straight up and threw a 4 yard pass...Elway ran around and moved 20 yards and used his momentum to throw a cross field pass....it was like comparing a baby jumping over a rattle to a Jordans foul line dunk.

Diffantly a bad gameplan by throwing so much with a QB incapable of executing.

My question is we're was the running game & Williams? 44 passes? Lol:mulli:

I heard that but come on. You have an atrocious QB who can't complete passes you shouldn't be throwing 65% of the time. Wasn't the score close (14-6) until the 4th qtr blowout?

Bad gameplan by BA.

Based on what he's done this season, Arians can afford to lose a little respect against the SB champs who are playing like it, with a FOURTH string QB. Get healthy Stanton: I'm still on board.

So how many threads do you plan on starting tonight and in the subsequent days bashing an 11-4 team?

BA said Lindley held his own tonight. Really? Maybe he wasn't talking about the football game.

Bad game for everyone. The system didn't work BA. Stop reminding us of Whiz.

Bad gameplan by BA.

I think we were out coached tonight.

I think we were out coached tonight.

^^This times 100^^

Outplayed, sure and to be expected, they have a better roster and are playing phenomenally at the moment.

But their offensive and defensive gameplans were far better than ours. Just a poorly coached and poorly played game last night. Hopefully games like this get Bowles stuck in his current coordinator position for a few more years :)

How anyone could lose respect for the man over a football game just plain escapes me.

I wouldn't say I lost respect for Arians but his offensive gameplan was about as piss poor as it possibly could have been. We CREATED the formula for beating Seattle last year in Seattle and very team that has beat them since has used some form of that plan.

YOU POUND THE ROCK up the middle, repeatedly. Doesn't matter how low the average is. You have to eat up the clock and wear them down. San Diego beat them the same way, with pretty weak numbers as far as YPC.

Instead we ran the ball 15 times - less than half of what we did last year. And we had Lindley pass 44 times. I get we were playing from behind but you just can't let Seattle own time of possession and hope for the best.

True. A good QB will have trouble passing on them much less a scrub like Lindley.
