Recently...I've been watching Luscious Jackson nonstop on youtube.com.... All these videos bring back memories:

Some interesting trivia... they pretty much got their start jamming with the Beastie Boys before they even became popular themselves (the drummer, Kate Schellenbach played drums for the Beastie Boys when they were still performing in New York has a hardcore punk band) and also Schellenberg is known for her relationship with the bassist of the since defunct Breeders, Josephine Wiggs.......
It's unfortunate that keyboardist, Vivian Trimble left them immediately after '97's "Fever In And Fever Out" which contained their most popular hit (the first video "Naked Eye").... She wasnt the most talented or didnt write the most lyrics.. however.. for at least for me anyways.. she was the hottest in the band (even though I admit that is moot in terms of musically and that guitarist Gabby Glaser is beyond beautiful as well) and that they all eventually decided to call it quits in '00.... But lord... did they ever have an interesting sound...
