With this game under our belts there is a decent chance they don't win another the rest of the year.

Man when's Bender coming back? He could be getting some quality reps if he was back.

Excellent point. I hope Bender, if healthy, is able to come back soon. The remaining games would give him great experience with the Suns under no pressure to win. Ulis and Chriss are getting valuable playing time.

The last news I heard about Bender coming back was mid-March.

I love how many shots Marquese is blocking lately.

Yes. He got blocked 4 shots last night. He gets up there so high I sometimes I worry about him. The same with Derrick Jones JR.

Marquse is averaging 11.6ppg 5.3rpg 2.0bpg 54%FG 42%3 since the allstar game in 26mpg.

That is awesome. Very excited about this kid's future. One thing that has been consistent with him at every level: he has improved significantly as the year moved on.

Watson just said booker had an ankle injury, but played because the team is shorthanded

When barbosa is back they should sit him the next game

Or maybe Knight could stop being a drama queen and show other teams that he still has value.

Great to see Chriss and Ulis play well. Hope Bender returns for a few games. Roll on tank, roll on.

I'm thinking if we can get through this tough season things will soon be rocking.

Fans have the draft on the horizon, free agency and next season to look forward too.

I expect the Suns to be in win mode next season. No more bottom feeding.

I totally agree. I only wanted one more really good draft under our belt so we can climb out of this hole we've been in. We are finally seeing some daylight!

This offseason should be VERY interesting. I'm stoked because of our flexibility and assets. We are only one good draft and one good free agent away from shaking things up.

Agree. A great draft this year and good health and continued development next year should, in my opinion, have an explosive effect next season. So much so that I actually would expect the team to compete for a playoff spot. Albeit the 8th seed. But that would be a great accomplishment for a young team. If they grab that slot or finish around .500 I see them being a VERY desirable spot for a marquee free agent the summer of 2018. The kind of player that can propel a young team to home court advantage in seeding the nest season and then potentially contender status by 2019 or 2020. Particularly as we can continue adding to our talent base with Miami picks either through trade or draft selection.

I dont want to say its suspicious booker has his two worst games in the most important tanks of the season, but if he starts following josh jackson, markelle fultz and jayson tatum on twitter tonight, we may have something.
Booker had zero points in the 1st half. He came out of the lineup before the end of the half and headed right into the locker room. I was surprised to see him start the 2nd half and put up a few points.

I would assume that he was not feeling well. If he was on his game, we could have won.

You are right. Booker has been playing hurt perhaps with a sprained ankle. I can't recall exactly. I was looking for a link but couldn't find it.
