suns are favored by 6. Why? Was thinking about betting on them but that line is to steep.

I am not sure how these lines are set. Some of the bettors I knew in Nevada said he had nothing to do with actual numbers, but more at moving the lines to attract the money to be as break even as possible. Supposedly, the casinos wanted to lower their risk to zero by having even betting on both sides and making their money on the vig or fee you pay to make a bet.

If we are expected to be anything close to a contender with our injury list as clean as it is right now, we'd better be favored big against the Magic.

I think we're also a "public" team when it comes to gambling right now. I bet our record against the spread is quite a bit worse than our actual record.

One year I watched the Chargers they only had 4-5 wins that year, but beat the spread almost EVERY week! I have seen this both ways.
