If anyone listened to Michael B in the pregame, he's not happy. He basically said they would do what it takes to get to winning next year. I also got the same words from him in KC while having a few beers with him & his brother. Darren Urban also told ,e in KC that Wiz will not accept failure & he sensed major changes ahead.

I fully believe Davis will be fired, along with a few other coaches (the Millers possibly) a vet QB added along with moving up in the late 1st or 2nd in the draft. Wiz's future in AZ depends on major changes & he knows it!!!

Ehh I'll believe it when I see it. If that's the casr Wiz better start looking in the mirror and stop playing the QB head games and the RB head games. He better relinquish playcalling duties on offense. If Bidwill is serious he better hire a competent GM. In fact if I were Bidwill I'd be calling someone like Charlie Casserly and offering him a job. Enough of the gum flapping and jsut do it already.

Yeah, both Mike and Ken are both pretty invested in making sure that there isn't a coaching change at the end of next year. Whiz may be a loyal guy during the season, but he also seems like someone who will do what is necessary to get better in the off season.

The same goes with Mike B. He really has put his name out there with the Cardinals and with the stadium, and I am sure that he won't let his coach or GM skate bye without making significant changes. He is the biggest reason that I have hope for next year.

Sadly, Imo Graves is not leaving. He somehow has the Bidwills trust and is here to stay for the forseeable future

What I am saying is that Mike will not let Graves sit idle. He will make sure that Graves addresses the coaching staff, and the Fitzgerald situation this year if nothing else.

If he was truly serious he would be having security clean out Rod Graves office right now and be on the search for a real GM.

We can only hope:

A QB that can read a defense.

An O-line that can frikkin block.

A Defensive Co-ordinator who's actually a defensive co-ordinator.

don't forget an OC who can actually gameplan & call some creative plays & run that plan to the strength of his players!!!

Mikey B should have given his "major changes are coming" spiel last year. At least it would have been true. "We'll lop 30 million off our payroll. One of our superstars will be tearing up the league in a baltimore uniform. We'll go from a Hall of Fame QB to a wash out from the Browns. We'll finish dead last in one of the worst divisions the NFL has ever seen."

The little bit of personal experience I have had with Michael makes me believe that he will not sit idle on this. He is a fan and wants to win.

Counting on Michael Bidwill being fed up and angry about this season.

Something will get done but I am worried about the lockout.

My two cents predictions: We keep Whiz. He has one unhappy plane ride back to Phoenix. Stops at his desk. Talks with Michael and Graves. Goes home. Doesn't sleep. He's on the phone most of tomorrow and by this time tomorrow night this board is lit up like Vegas.

Better not be because Davis is fired. That should be a foregone conclusion.

Davis better be fired. If they will fire Pendergast after a Super Bowl season, then there should be no doubt that Davis will be fired.
