We should draft Manning. If he is gone, then Roethlisberger.

I'd be happy with either, and unless something unforseen happens to effect the draft order, we should most certainly be able to select one of them; we might even have a choice to make between them.

A franchise Qb is hard to pass on but has anyone seen Will Smith play lately? The guy is becoming unblockable.I don't think i've seen one player get so much better during the year.At the beginning of the year i would've said he's overrated and i liked Darrion SCott better. But Smith has just taken his game to a new level. If we don't take a QB the he's who i want.I know i've been on the Sean Taylor and Chris Gamble bandwagon but Smith is at a position of need and the real deal. This would be a great year to have multiple #1 picks.

I am hoping against hope that we draft Manning. To be honest, the other QB's scare me. It would be just our luck to draft the next Jim Druckenmiller.

Does the name Josh Heupel ring a bell for any of you Jason White proponents?

Anyway, they give both Manning and Roetlisberger a 8.8 rating. By comparison the pre-draft ratings last year were: Palmer 8.8, Leftwich 8.7, Boller 8.4 & Grossmann 8.2.

I could care less what the war room says. :D

But I'm not advocating taking Rivers in the first round, I'm advocating drafting him later.

I've watched him for four years, four winning seasons now, and watched him singlehandedly almost defeat OSU and FSU this year while completing 72% of his passes.
