Anybody else read this on ESPN?
Boston Red Sox outfielder Manny Ramirez said on Sunday that he would not block a trade if general manager Theo Epstein could find a deal in which both sides would benefit. Sean McAdam of the Providence Journal writes on Monday that at least four teams (Philadelphia Phillies, New York Mets, Arizona Diamondbacks and Los Angeles Dodgers) have contacted Boston concerning Ramirez. Even if Ramirez is not traded by the deadline, it seems unlikely he will stay with the Red Sox long-term. He told Enrique Rojas of ESPNdeportes.com, "I'm tired of them. They're tired of me."
