Who would have ever thought?? Josh McCown did more going to Detroit thus opening the door for Arizona to solidify their QB Of The Future slot for the next decade, than he ever did for the Cardinals.

Last year, when there was talk of him entering the draft, I (as well as many on the board here) wanted the Cards to trade the farm to get that 1st pick to get him. Look at us now! Denny waits through an entire draft and 9 picks and still gets his guy! We have ALL our picks last year AND this year to show for it as well! It truly does not get any better than this!!!!!!!!

I'm Shocked!!!!!

This is a perfect situation for this kid to succeed. 2 pro bowl receivers and a great RB. He does not need to have the strongest arm to get this team to the promise-land. Will essentially, play in-doors, no swirling winds (meadowlands) and have a great mentor in Warner to learn under for awhile.

I thought it was just a bunch of smoke-screens that had Leinart falling that far... I guess you just never know. But when Oakland past and Whitner came off the board at #8 I knew they had a chance.

All I can say is that Denny just has the magic touch during the draft. He has put this organization on the map and should continue to be the HC until he wants to retire.
