Suns/Mavs has been a pretty one sided rivalry for the past few years.

The Suns did a better job scoring without Nash, but were still outscored 15-11 in that six minute stretch.

Maybe the Suns should try something off the wall and have Childress guard Dirk. Nothing else is working.

I can't believe Gentry isn't making Gortat guard Nowitzki. I thought we got Gortat so he can guard the opponents best interior player?

Anyone who knows anything about basketball knows that smaller players are tyour best bet against Dirk. PFs and Cs are way to slow for him, but a quick SFs have been known to bother him to some degree.

Frye having a good game so far. He's getting hacked almost everytime he gets the ball and refs aren't calling anything. Still producing though.

He's made a couple plays, and missed a couple plays, he is playing good.

Then why is Hill not guarding him? Hill guard Nowitzki extremely well last year.

Still chiilin Bob Dylan, very much in it. Suns look like a team tonight, Gentry has been good with the halftime adjustments as of late. I see the Suns snaking the lead in the 3rd quarter... and then we gotta hold'em off in the 4th.

Nice fight from the Suns. The defense seems to have picked up a bit towards the end of the quarter.
