A sticky keeps the post at the top of the list. They annoy many people but I do it anyway with the stuff I think is noteworthy reading.

By the way, I voted for Marcel Shipp and his 35 carries. That, to me, was an incredible performance, eclipsing Quan's heroics.

I voted for Shipp too. We would not have won the game without him. It was an inspiring performance that the entire team fed off of. Not that Anquan's performance was not spectacular, but the team beat SF and that is why Shipp's performance is #1 in my mind.

But I voted for Marcel. If you are talking about all out effort and grittyness, that performance was it - IMO.

Right on! But I gave the nod to Jeff Blake. Playing injured with nearly broken ankle, I never forget that 1 yard TD drive when he just willed himself into the endzone and took a viscious hit. Also it was teams first win (following a very embarrassing loss) against the Green Bay Packers and all those cheeseheads who I can't stand.
