Well ****, maybe im just used to helping out other people here on the board that you have bonded with and been thru alot over the last 5-10 years, true Cardinals fans some here even call them family but if the consensus here is to get as much money as you can for everything then I will defniatly keep that in mind. Just be honest you could give 2 ***** that the seats go to Cardinals fans for 7600.00 bucks, sure it would be nice for you but doesnt make a difference as long as you get your money... Ah nevermind. This conversation is useless. Maybe im the only one that has a problem with it ..but Its cool.,

honestly, if it was just a matter of making $500, i'd say "suck it up and sell 'em more reasonably to someone on the board," but when you're talking selling them for REAL money, like $6,000 i think you can't fault the guy.

I agree 100%. :D

Personally I don't understand the price gouging at home. Most of us are practically family.

Just say no to price *******.

I spent all the extra dough I had left on the NFC championship game... I would have to liquidate my kids college accounts to go to this game and that aint gonna happen.

Times are tough and I will not begrudge anyone trying to make a profit on their tickets as long as they are going to a Cards fan and not a Steeler fan...

I sold mine for a modest profit. The reality is that there is a strong chance that if you bought for face and sold for face to an ASFNer or Cards fan or whatever that they would just turn around and sell them anyway. Money makes people lie, cheat, do crazy things. Selling didn't bother me until I had them in my hands and I have been rattled ever since. That was easily the hardest decision I have ever made. But I paid my dues. I earned the right to make that decision. I sat in that ******** SDS every game since 1998 and many before. I always renew. I've never sold a ticket ever until now. I earned the right to win the lottery. I actually had people call on the phone yelling at me telling me to cut them a break because they were "fellow season ticket holders for the last 3 years." I'm sorry but that just makes me laugh. Sell away Mike. Those tickets will pay for your season tickets next year and then some. You earned them. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

A little ironic coming from you.

How is that? Oh I get it. You are going to somehow draw a comparison between a season ticket holder (in name only) selling tickets to a home game vs. Dallas for a hundred dollar profit and a season ticket holder of 15 years who has never missed a game, selling off a pair of Super Bowl tickets purchased through a lottery for thousands of dollars to a game they have no chance of attending. Yeah that is exactly the same. I can see your point. That is so ironic coming from me. Go ahead and keep your season tickets in tact for another decade, buy your second jersey to go along with the brand new DRC jersey, and maybe you will have the chance one day to be ironic as well.

I guess what I don't understand is coming to your "brothers and sisters" first. That open you up to redicule (sp). Just put them on elist or graigs bay make your money and nobdy is the wiser.

I think I'm going to cry.

It seems simple to me. He's got something that's worth significant money. He's doing the right thing by trying to sell for market value and simultaneously trying to make sure an actual Cardinal fan sits in the seat. Win-win. Someone, who's in that market, take advantage of the great location, and enjoy the game.

Ugh. My computer was down. I got drawn in the redraw for two $800 tickets and got the email too late to claim them. I'd have passed them on to an ASFN member at cost.
