if Jauron is the HC in Buffalo...910 am said rumor is mcginnis will be coughlin's DC. I smell a trading opportunity....

Based on listening to coughlin at his press conference and subsequent press reports - it appears that team will have a major turnover in personnel....Coughlin sounded like he is a complete hardass on the radio (sounds like he has not mellowed)...

I am only familiar with a few of the starters and not the two deep guys....but it seems the Giants are an old team at quite a few positions...

if we take a qb in round one..one of the three qb's (mccown, parsons or blake) will have to go...mccown might have the highest trade value of the 3.

the giants also have an awful oline....but they are probably not dumb enough to take Clement...

they could also use receivers...bryan gilmore anyone? not worth much though...

If we sign some free agents on the dline...we will have too many guys under contract on the dline (KVB, Bryant, Pace, Tanner, Bell, Davis, King, wakefield) to keep...

NOt that anyone I mention is worth that much...some might be get us some type of draft pick...

The giants have Jesse Palmer backing up Collins. I don't think they'll be too hot to go after a QB this year.

Tim Lewis will be Coughlin's DC. It was on the ESPN bottomline.

I think he does too. I believe if a player is put on IR before the season starts, they get paid, but they do not get a year of service. So, this would mean KVB has one more year and Starks four.

I could be wrong, but I think that was the situation with Rob Moore.

i think what would be best for Mac is to go to a college team and either be a head coach or work as a DC for a little while. i think his approach to coaching would resonate much more with young college guys. could you imagine mac walking into your living room and trying to convince your son and you that he should come to his school. i would be ready to run through a wall for him and be excited even to go to ASU.
