Does it matter at this point? The front 7 is a complete mess. The backfield is a bunch of rookies and PP who doesn't give a ****. They are going to make Baker look like Tom Brady on Sunday no matter what they do.

That would make more sense than having Zach Kerr there, he's way too big & slow to play DE. Not that we're getting much out of Suggs anyway but what choices do we have at this point? Suggs & Reddick on the same side, maybe one of them get pressure lol?

At least with kerr you can see his effort on the field. He gobbles people up

Yes sir he does, but from the DT position. Can you imagine him trying to catch a RB on a sweep or during a screen play lol? Wouldn't be pretty. I'm not even saying Suggs & Reddick are great at those plays either, just much faster than Kerr.

My guess is that Suggs would be an OLB is base defense and shift inside to be a pass rusher on passing downs. This would put more speed in the front 7 on passing downs.

As far as the defense goes, I guess we will check back in 2021. At least Suggs got to retire with his Mommy after being passed over for the Cards for SKILLET and Calvin Pace

It's due to Suggs total failure to maintain gap control on run plays.
Suggs shows one and only one thinking 'get the qb sack' and if he doesn't get it he stops.

all year he's failed to contain outside leverage on run plays to his side

He's been a total detriment to the defense on his side.

If I was coaching vs. the Cardinals I'd run screen plays over to his side 8 times a game...he'll fall for it 8 out of 8 times, 'hey coach, I'm gonna get a ssss.....o dang where'd he go?'

Another Ravens great signing! Add him to the Todd Heap category - at least Suggs played

Learn - don't sign Ravens players who leave for bigger deals AND don't trade with Philly.
