What is the deal with Maroney? I have never thought he was that good, I guess he is 4 by default.

I know this sounds crazy, but would any of you consider taking Hagan from ASU with our #2? His stock seems to have fallen a TON.

I know he's not a top notch reciever but he'd make a great #3 behind Quan and Fitz.

There will be better players at positions of need available where we pick in round 2.

Any chance he falls to the third?

I've seen him in most mocks going late first but it seems he's fallen a lot.

He would easily satisfy the BPA in the third, but I would be pissed if we took him (that is unless BJ is traded).

I don't agree with this. Kai Parham is the best middle linebacker prospect in this draft. I would then rate Abdul Hodge as #2.

Defensive Tackles
1. Haloti Ngata, Oregon (Junior)
2. Orien Harris, Miami
3. Claude Wroten, LSU
4. Brodrick Bunkley, Florida State
5. Gabe Watson, Michigan
5a. Titus Adams, Nebraska

After the Senior Bowl week that Watson had, i think he is clearly number two. Orien Harris will most likely go in the second round and Claude Wroten wont even go on the first day.

Kipers rankings are always screwy. I'm not sure if he puts guys too high or too low to create discussion or if he generally has no idea.

About a week before the draft his rankings usually look like what everyone else has had for weeks/months.

Yeah. I'm all for drafting the BPA available on day one as long as it isn't one position - WR.

WR is not a position of need at this time. I would doubt that we would take one in this years draft. UDFA, late round?

shouldn't it really be his top 9? What's with 5a-5d?

That's because he's paid to promo players. He gets paid , they get promos.
