This is one of my earliest Suns memories. I remember it so clearly. Barkley was a man possessed that postseason and did everything to get the Suns to the finals. Unfortunately he seemingly ran out of gas by the time they got there and no one stepped up consistently to help him.

I thought we had a player of a similar drive in CP3 but we got him 2 years, at least, too late. Should have pushed our chips in earlier, even if we kept him from landing in OKC then we have him for the bubble run year. We had the draft capital to pull it off. Booker would have came along quicker. Who knows how that plays out but I don't see the downside in going in a year earlier.
