Lots of teams have an off-day today.

First time in team history the D'Backs aren't playing, according to the Republic.

I read that MLB used a different scheduling company this year. Actually, it may be last year and this year, not sure - used to be done by sort of a Mom-n-Pop little company, and they are going to submit a schedule again for next season for consideration. This year has a number of peculiarities, and minimal baseball on Memorial Day is certainly one of them. What else are summer holidays for? Barbeque, beer and sangria, baseball.
