It seems like much longer than a year since Caitlin Clark’s Iowa Hawkeyes defeated Angel Reese’s LSU Tigers to secure a position in the 2024 Final Four basketball tournament. Time seems to pass at different speeds when so much has been accomplished by the two rivals in the past year.

Unlike during Clark’s Final Four run a year ago, women’s Final Four tickets should be cheaper to find this year, even on game day. The same can’t be said about the men’s side, where secondary-market tickets have increased, matching fan interest to watch all four No. 1 seeds in the Final Four for only the second time ever.

The Games
As mentioned above, the men’s Final Four will have four No. 1 seeds playing, but the women’s tournament is top-heavy, too. Only the perennial powerhouse UConn was a No. 2 seed; the other three were ranked No. 1 when the tournament began.
The women’s Final Four began April 4 at 7 p.m. EST, with the reigning champion No. 1 South Carolina Gamecocks taking on the No. 1 Texas Longhorns, followed by the No. 1 UCLA Bruins against No. 2 UConn Huskies. The championship game will take place on Sunday, April 6 at 3 p.m. EST.
The men’s Final Four will took place April 5. The first game sees the Florida Gators and Auburn Tigers start shortly after 6 p.m. EST, followed by the Duke Blue Devils against the Houston Cougars in the second game. The winners of these two games will meet up at 8:50 p.m. on Monday, April 7 in the National Championship game.

Ticket Prices
As Axios reported last year, the 2024 women’s Final Four games were star-packed and hyped, and tickets were expensive. The cheapest tickets to last year’s women’s Final Four were 47% more expensive than the men’s.
However, things have changed this year. Even taking seating capacity in account — the Alamodome in San Antonio seats over 60,000 people; the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida has a capacity of 19,420, per the 2025 NCAA Women’s Final Four Facts And Figures document — men’s tickets are in higher demand.
Men’s Ticket Prices
According to flagship Hearst property and NBC affiliate WBAL-TV 11 Baltimore, as of April 3, men’s “All Session” tickets — packages that cover the Final Four semifinals and the National Championship game — were trending up in price, though they began trending down on April 4.
On April 4, the Vivid Seats site was selling men’s NCAA Final Four All Sessions seats in the range of $325-$3,260 or more. But primo seats cost dearly — two Lower Level courtside seats were up for sale for $10,366 as of April 3.
Women’s Ticket Prices
On the women’s side, WBAL noted that tickets were trending downward through the few days before the first game of the tournament. On April 1, Ticketmaster was selling All Sessions seats for $578. By April 4, they were going for $365. The cheapest women’s tickets could be purchased from Stubhub for $295.
