I think most of the stories aren't harassment or illegal (couple things in there that could be an issue) Its an attorney ramping up the embarrassment to get a settlement.

it doesnt mean Mike isnt a terrible person to work for. That was established prior to this.

Any CEOs personal assistant should have an employment contract and stated termination provisions / payout that includes an airtight NDA. Every CEO i have known had an assistant that became like an extension of family and is privy to all sorts of stuff. As a result -- they get paid like $200k+ to do it. No idea why that wasnt the case here.

This would be the most serious section IMO.

I agree with you, but look at the competency of the other NFL owners. Since Snyder is gone, there is a horse race who is the worst. I don’t want to list them here, but there are owners even worse than Bidwill.

There are? Off the top of my head I’d say Cleveland’s owner simply for giving the keys to franchise to a serial sexual assaulter, but who else comes to mind as an owner who consistently cheats, demeans women, loses arbitrations with former employees, etc etc?

As personal integrity, maybe. There is Kraft. As far as football, N.Y. jets, Carolina, Chicago, Oakland, Dallas, Cincinnati, and many team’s fans despise the owners. At least Bidwill has not sexually assaulted anyone or committed crimes that we know of.

I really have no issue with the car and niece thing. Not sure why it's part of any relevant complaint. Nothing illegal at all and it's something lots of parents do (take care and other possessions away from kids who screw up).

I haven't read any of the material, but being forced to participate would be very relevant.

Carolina has a new owner now. And I like Mark Davis, he's just different with his $6 Super Cuts haircut and fanny pack!

The best a the bottom of the barrel for sure for various reasons. Bidwill is right there and the more that comes out shows more and more he doesn't deserve to own a NFL team. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how many suitors there would be with the current economic uncertainties apon us.

"Professional Assistant" was not.

Exactly...and even if she was instructed to do something illegal...she made the choice to do it.

If those are true, not only should she be awarded tens of millions of dollars from him, he should be going to jail in the NFL should force the family to sell

Rich guys don't go to jail. They always lawyer up and pay everybody off.

I can guarantee you there would be many...tons of ultra wealthy people out there looking for the ultimate rich guy flex.
