I would agree but they also need a new head coach. Having Kingsbury for another year would be terrible.

As I view it, this is why hiring the right GM is so important.
Hopefully the owner would be mostly hands off and allow the GM to make peronnel decisions related to running the team, like who is the head coach, free agency and coordinating the draft.
