I asked this question in another thread, which I can't find. I did hear, as part of the BA presser, that Michael thanked Keim and Licht for their help in the interview process. And then also thanked his brother Tim Bidwill, who I'm guessing is Michael's Tom Hagan. Does anyone know anything about Tim Bidwill? Is he active in team management?

I believe Tim is the one that picks who wins the Chevron races during the games.

Such responsibility.

I get the impression that Tim is the less intelligent brother who gets to tag along because he's part of the Bidwill family. I wonder what kind of contribution he made to the process.

I am pretty sure you are thinking of Bill Jr. that guy has been around forever and most people don't know he exists.

He was the guy who negotiated Jake Plummers huge extension without keeping the football people in the loop. Steinberg (the agent) took bill jr to the cleaners.

That contract also put the Cards in such cap hell that it lead to the post playoff exodus a year later. It was also the end of Bill Jrs influence with the team and set the stage for Mike to show up.

As for Tim, I have no insight and wasn't even aware he worked for the team.

Seems that Tim is a pretty polished guy.

Timothy Bidwill
Timothy Bidwill is Vice President of Vermilion IDG, a family-owned investment and real estate development company. Mr. Bidwill has worked in such a real estate development capacity for his family since 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Bidwill, an attorney, began working on the project for what would ultimately become University of Phoenix Stadium after relocating to Arizona from Washington, DC in 1999. He also worked on Capitol Hill for the National Gambling Impact Study Commission from 1997-1999. Mr. Bidwill has an interest in agriculture, having been a California citrus grower since 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University in 1994 and his J.D. from Georgetown Law in 1997.

Sounds like he is following the same path his dad did. He's broadened his business education and now is getting involved in the main family business, football. It never hurts to have a trusted family member to take over the family business.
