Michigan State's Cook injured in first half against Maryland (Yahoo Sports)

Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook has left Saturday's game against Maryland after appearing to injure his right shoulder in the first half. Cook was knocked down as he threw a pass during the first quarter and looked to be in pain when he went to the sideline. When the third quarter began, Cook was on the sideline wearing a headset and backup Tyler O'Connor was in at quarterback.
