If Bud keeps his job, I would be shocked. IMO, he lost this team some time ago.

It's why I was hoping the Suns would go with an interim head coach.

Mat Ishbia needs to hire a GM beyond reproach to clean up this mess and give him full authority to run the franchise.

It's time for this dog and pony show to end.

2) If #1 happens, then I think it's entirely possible Bud keeps his job

At some point, the money is going to matter to Ishbia and we are talking about two high-profile, EXPENSIVE front office positions.

I think Bud will be made GM. He wasn't fire for a reason but it's clear there's a real issue. Let him attempt to salvage this mess. He did well in Atlanta as GM & Coach

These guys have egos. It's like giving a painter a blank canvas and say paint what you want. Plus the paycheck. The paycheck really really helps.
