He definitely has been hitting the sauce hard lately. When he really gets going his tweets are almost unreadable, and then the next morning he deletes them all. I wonder if he started falling apart after the Cards fired him, or if they fired him because he was falling apart.

I don't believe that was the case from what I have heard or read in the last couple of weeks. If anything it was more of "not going to get Payton" compared to "maybe there might be chance?". IIDR anybody saying we were the frontrunner or anything like that.

Just my anecdotal evidence.
