Be carefull throwing up in the bathroom. Mike Vick was just in there and left herpes all over the toilet (although it sounds like you might get them from him in a more direct manner)

There are three big reasons for not wanting Vick.

A) He was never a good quarterback
B) He is a sociopath
C) Lets not forget the whole Ron Mexico thing.

I other thing to add. The Bidwills would never let the GM go after Vick.

the last thing we need on this team is ron mexico. may as well fire sell our receivers if we go that route, because they won't be worth anything with vick on the team scrambling like an idiot 85% of passing situations.

Put Vick on the 9ers so I can hate on them some more. Wait, I think even they have more class than that.

I don't have a need for that ego maniac. Anderson may or may not be the answer but, I don't think the situation will change for Vick the killer.

The dog thing is done and over with, if he was a cattle farmer and raised calfs just to sell them to slaughter would the outrage be there? I doubt it, its because its dogs and they are the most common pet. An animal is an animal there is a lot worse in the NFL then Vick

That is an awful analogy. Is the cattle farmer thinking up new and clever ways to execute cattle in the most inhumane way possible? Is the farmer taking great joy fro the act of slaughter?

Is the farmer breaking the law?

Vick is a POS and there is no place for him here.

Well obviously it makes less sense for them currently since Kolb went down and hasnt looked great.

I do think philly is being disrespectful to Vick by not trading him though, hes ready to play in this league again and they basically handed the starting job to an unproven kolb.

Lastly, Vicks contract is up after this season i believe and if they dont trade him now they will get nothing for him because he will not resign unless he somehow ends up the starter this year. So personally, if they have that much confidence in Kolb then getting a 3rd rounder or so for their back up QB instead of nothing makes sense to me...

OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE ROCKS OF YOUR OWN, AND NOT THE KIND YOU FIND ON THE GROUND. Dont come on this thread bashing like you wouldnt enjoy seeing Vick in a Cards uni over DA...

A couple of things. First why is it that people have a problem giving Kolb the job when he is untested but no issues giving Hall or Skelton the job when they have no NFL experience? Secondly I wish I was as disrespected as Vick. I mean he is getting something like $5 million which makes him the highest paid back-up QB. Also to say we give away 1st and 2nd round picks is a stupid statement to make. We drafted someone and after seeing they weren't as good as we hoped we got rid of them. It's not like we picked a guy signed him and then cut him the next day.

And no I don't want Vick in a Cards uniform. Not everyone agrees with your side and you don't need to bash someone because they don't agree with you.

Vick would be SOOO sick.

And since when does a undrafted NFL QB who is short feel slighted about a team trading for someone?

Get rid of DA, he sucks.

...I know deep down everybody knows it would be sikk if the Cards got Vick.

The only possible reason you would rather have Anderson over Vick is if you are prejudice or you are a dog lover... Go kick rocks fool, get out of here.

I dont understand the question. You are asking if I want Vick on this team but I'm not allowed to say no and if I do say no I'm either racist or I love dogs? I'm not allowed to just think Vick isn't that great? Shouldn't it be a statement rather than a question then?

HE KNOWS MY THOUGHTS! GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Apparently NDD can see deep down into my soul to my innermost desires and apparently I want Vick to play QB for us because then we will be "SIKK"

Well your psychic perception aside, I dont want Vick on this team. He's a mediocre QB. We've had enough upheaval at this point in the year. Leave that media circus in Philly.

Yeah alright dude. The only possible reason you would rather have Anderson over Vick is if you are prejudice or you are a dog lover...

I'm a cat lover not a dog lover but yeah, I'm prejudiced against anyone that treats dogs the way Vick did.

Baggage notwithstanding, what about Vick leads you to believe he'd be a good fit in Arizona? How great were the Falcons when Vick played on a team that was sculpted to take advantage of his unique skill set? Put him someplace like Baltimore and maybe he wins a championship but I think all he'd do is sell a few tickets in Arizona.

Oh PLEASE-----enough already-----yes Anderson's game was ugly, and yes he has a long way to go to get it pretty. I will take an ugly win any day however, especially one over a division rival on the road.

One thing that we all have missed about Anderson, is that he has no quit in him. He literally willed himself to stay in the game, and ultiimately put together a long 4th down drive for a winning TD. I submit that this single act alone went much farther in solidifying his place with his team-mates than it did with us fans. In the space of one game, he has displayed the toughness and leadership at the QB position that had been lacking since Warner's departure. Those traits sit very well with the mental-toughness that this entire team has developed. I believe that he has gone a long way toward being embraced by his team-mates as their offensive leader.

I haven't missed it. I think it's a good point. Talent or not, it takes the heart of a warrior to succeed in the NFL. What I saw on Sunday is Anderson's got that...

Now if he could just improve the rest of his game! ;)

Is Vick a better QB than Anderson? Of course. It would be silly to say otherwise IMO. Do I want him on my team? HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's not forget that Green Bay didn't gameplan for Vick. He's tends to not be so "entertaining" when defenses prepare for him.
While there are a lot of reasons not to sign Vick, this isn't one of them. Vick IS entertaining when teams game plan for him. Say what you will about his character and his accuracy, every time the dude touches the ball you hold your breath because he has the arm to throw it 65 yards downfield or run it 99.

This is not an endorsement to try to bring him here. Character, accuracy, offensive fit and cost all come into play...not to mention there is no way any team gets him for a value pick at this point with the QB situation in Philly.

Ok for what it is worth. We can't get him now. But I would take Mike Vick. He would be extremely dangerous. I was screaming for McNabb and Vick is a better runner , prob less passer but both would wreak havoc for us. You take away a middle linebacker instantly since they have to SPY on Vick. This opens up the middle for the slot receiver. Vick ran for 105 yards in like 2.5 quarters. Has anyone watched Michigan play. The dude is not as good as Vick and yet he might be the best College Player.

Agreed...65 yards on the run non the less too. The man would make our offense better..But no way we get him cheap at this point. And no way we do it at this juncture of the season either. Unless we lose Anderson and Hall to injuries then maybe.

You guys can laugh at me but i know deep down everybody knows it would be sikk if the Cards got Vick. Can the Cards PLEASE place a call to the Philly! I would probably give up a 3rd for him?

The Cards would be the coolest team to watch in the NFL

Only if he first survives the initiation test.

The test being to drop him into a pit full of ravenously hungry large rottweilers while having large raw streak tied to all his extremities. If he can still play QB after that then I would consider it a possibility.

And in case you don't get the message, no I don't forgive him

If we are a "sick" team, does that mean we'll have swagger and the "it" factor?
