I predict our record being 9-6 headed into the final 2 weeks against the Rams on the road and the 49ers at home. Split the last 2 games and finish with 10 wins. The 49ers have won their last 2 in a row & just got McCaffrey back, could be a sprint to first place this year.

Iirc CMC has chronic Achilles tendinitis in both ankles.
I wouldn't count on him playing in week 18 unless things go really well both on the field as well as in the trainers room.
Of course...with the new blue tents you can't see guys getting injected on the sidelines

I’m on both sides about it.

Winning the division & making the playoffs despite being a massive underdog prior to the season would show what an amazing coaching job by the coaching staff. Something nobody predicted. Playing competitive football is December is enjoyable.

On the other side…


We were a massive underdog for a reason. I don’t see us, or any other team in the division, doing anything but going one-&-done. The offense is too inconsistent. We don’t have that EDGE that can take over a game & a smart offensive mind will adjust to our blitz packages. Would be more challenging to draft a top-tier EDGE as well.
