I am already addicted to this network. They just showed a segment on World Series heroic finishes and they showed highlights of the 2001 World Series. They of course showed clips from game 4 and 5 but game seven was the sweetest. :) I can't get enough of the white pom poms being waved in unison. I really enjoyed how they used the play-by-play from Schulte and Trabor for the highlights of game seven. "Honk your horns, stomp your feet. Celebrate Arizona!"

Really hope it is not the Red Sox Yankee Network.
From what I've heard its supposed to be geared toward your local team(s). It covers the whole league obviously but I've heard it will focus more on the teams in your market.

I have not seen one thing yet that indicates they will focus on the local teams. The MLB Network is programmed just like the NFL Network.

Randy's 20 strikeout game is on right now. It's weird listening to Traber and Thom announcing the game.
