1. Molly - Isn't she cute?

2. Mocks - I have done hundreds for the Cards

3. It seems apparent to me that our team would be extremely better if we:
a. Kept Rosen
b. Traded back with one of the other top 10 teams, the higher the better
c. Traded back at least 1 more time to mid-first round accumulating as many R2/3 picks as possible.

There are at least 50 starters on the board and we can get several of our choosing to totally reshape our team over night. In this draft alone, we can reshape our OL with a top OT & G/C, get Rosen WR help early and late in the draft, and shore up our D very strongly. All these changes don't need to take years with tihs year's top prize asset.

I wouldn't worry about who we might be missing out on by trading back. There are so many top players at every position this year that we could plug right into our current team.

PICK 1 FROM EACH POSITION using 6 of what could be our 1 & 2 ROUND PICKS:

1. Molly is cute.
2. Thanks for the mocks. I enjoy them.
3. I'll cheer for Rosen if the team keeps him. But --
a. Is he a better QB than Murray? If he is, this is a no-brainer. If he isn't as good, that's a no-brainer, too.
b. What are you asking to trade back? A #1 gets the team its player. A #6 may not.
c. Trading back isn't always an option. What we want isn't what we always get.

At the end of the day, I think:
1. Molly is cute.
2. Your mocks are fun.
3. The brain trust has decided Murray > Rosen, and keeps the #1.

I agree with trading down... but not too far. Problem is I don’t think many are clamoring to move up to number 1 for the reasons you mentioned. There is a lot of talent from pick 10 to 60 and beyond. That means if we do trade out we won’t receive book value.
