Sadly, I didn't know. Not an X-Men guy. Never saw the movies or anything.

Actually, many moons ago when I did some collecting, my favorite comic was Judge Dredd. Never saw that movie either...but from what I hear I was one of the lucky ones.

I mean, I could even tell you one of the mutants names from X-Men...they are mutants right??

Disgard the arrogant comment. That was unfair. Mike seems down to earth.

Frankly, I didn't try to start a conversation either. It was just funny that he seemed to be avoiding eye contact. I get that a lot. Some people seem to think that just because you're physically disabled, you're brain damaged as well.

Let it go. I shouldn't have mentioned it.

And I want to clarify two things:

1. Dez White was not being flippant. He was just telling the truth in a matter-of-fact way and he was very, very nervous. My guesss is he's worried about not having a job at all. We laughed afterwards when Paul Jensen reminded us Dez scored two TDs for Georgia Tech in a bowl game to beat my Irish one year.

2. I was very encouraged with the news that we were still talking to Macklin. When I asked if we had made him an offer, Paul Jensen said that's something he never discusses as a matter of policy.

Did you know if Barbie were a real person she would be 38-18-34!

And women's groups complain her proportions are unrealistic I know plenty of women built like that!

Maybe you've been cut. Have you checked your locker?
Hey Skkorp! Greg wants to see you. And, oh yeah, don't forget your playbook.

AKA - Thanks for the inside info. Glad you're now able to visit the "Facility"*

* Can't we come up with a better name for the Facility - like the Birds Nest, Bird House or Redbird Roost? Or HQ. Or Camp Cardinal?
