You and 82 carried the water for Towers for a long time through a ton of stupid moves. I don't remember how you two felt about Stewart's short tenure.

You can believe what you want to believe, but I think it's foolish, the baseball community thinks it's foolish, and the results of their tenures speak for themselves.


I think you two are great fans, just not great GMs.

For the record, I am not attempting to start a coup to bring back Towers! Nor am I trying to look away from his many short-comings... Just simply pointing out that several players who today play a role in this seasons' success, have ties to Towers... that's all.
