Not concerned, and for a reason no one has mentioned yet: Miami is in turnover/rebuild mode on the coaching staff. We have a system and coaches in place who were able to take a team that was discombobulated at the beginning of 2011, to a 7-2 finish.
Stability wise, Arizona is the better choice. But even beyond that, Miami would be foolish to not bring in Matt Flynn, who already knows their entire offensive system, and clear can run it well.
